- Hi, DeDona Auto Glass! I met you nice people at your Customer Appreciation Day. Well, yesterday when my neighbor offered to take me with her to Harris Teeter, I was horrified when I pulled the seat belt up to fasten it and bumped her rear view mirror and it FELL OFF!!! She has had problems with the darn thing for ages now…and has bought every type of kit to repair it…to no avail. It stays on a couple of months or so and then falls off. Well, I helped it along this time! When she told me she was going to take the car to an “auto glass place” this time, to let the pros try their hands at it, I recommended DeDona. I’m so very glad I did, because she called awhile ago to tell me she had the mirror fixed, everyone there was VERY nice, and they said it was no charge, and she is DELIGHTED! You have a new fan! - I had inquired about the 100% guarantee behind Dedona’s window tint when my rear window tint started bubbling. Bruce Dedona responded immediately to my email. I was not too thrilled to find out I needed the original receipt from when I had my vehicle tinted 4 yrs previously, however Bruce remained very professional and courteous and offered me an alternative. I did have to show proof, but he did make good on his guarantee. Bruce and his staff provide a great product and service they stand behind. I have had 3 vehicles tinted at Dedona, and due to how this situation was resolved, I will continue to be a repeat customer. Thanks to Bruce and his staff, I love the way my Mustang looks again! - So I got pulled over by a state trooper b/c of my window tinting! I was driving home from the gym on Sunday and pulled into my complex. I had pulled in front of a state trooper but didn’t know it. As I was getting out, I was startled to see the state trooper pulled up behind my car waiting for me. I got a little nervous and said “hello”. He quickly told me that this was “not a business stop” but that my window tint looked really good and he wanted to know where I had it done. Of course, I told him “DeDona”.
